Kare-Kare (Philippine Oxtail Peanut Stew) made from scratch. With banana hearts, eggplants, achiote, peanuts, and toasted rice powder. Must be served with bagoong. Seemingly exotic, but very comforting.
This is my first time trying Swiss Chard and I love this simple soup with goat cheese so much, I don't know if I'll ever want to make anything else with it!
