A couple of years ago, I tried my hand at making my saag paneer, and it actually came out pretty well. I unearthed the recipe last week, and voila: here it is!
Saag (or Palak) Paneer: Soft, thick and creamy spinach dotted with golden cubes of fried paneer (fresh cheese). This is Indian comfort food at its best.
oh thank god now i can make saag paneer at home bc i feel stupid ordering ONE dish for ONE person for delivery (plus, i can make with tofu instead of cheese!)
Eating spinach just got easier and prettier with this yummy curry of Indian cheese - paneer - in a creamy spinach gravy. Served with flat Indian bread - roti.
