Baked Panko Chicken Tenders- this is one of my favorite meals to serve my toddler son. They also make a great "grown-up" meal served on a bed of baby spinach with ranch dressing.
Avocado Pie: This no-bake, left-of-center dessert is quick to prepare, with hints of lemon zest and silky avocado that make it tangy and luscious delight.
These healthy and easy toddler "cookies" are filled with oats, almond butter, banana, chia, and lots of other goodies. They're also vegan and gluten-free.
