This is my take on Shorshe Bata Maach or Bengali Mustard Fish for our non-Bengali friends or non-Indian friends. The taste is traditionally Bengali, the cooking technique mostly not. And most of the times, the fish too, is not.
It's a warm salad served with blue cheese or a side dish that everyone will love. It's sauteed baby greens with crispy shallots with or without blue cheese, and it's a great tribute recipe for ReVision Urban Farm in Dorchester.
