Oatmeal molasses bread is a slightly sweet and soft with a thin crust. It's the first recipe I've tried out my new cookbook Earth to Table by Jeff Crump and Bettina Schormann.
The combination of almonds and raspberries is always so good. These Friands do not disappoint and I love everything about them, from the crunchy edges, to the sweet cake and the tart punch of the berries.
