Kare-Kare (Philippine Oxtail Peanut Stew) made from scratch. With banana hearts, eggplants, achiote, peanuts, and toasted rice powder. Must be served with bagoong. Seemingly exotic, but very comforting.
This lucious salad is composed of beets, lettuce, tomato wedges, celery and slices of hard-boiled egg over a bed of lettuce and topped with a vinagrette.
