This is my take on Shorshe Bata Maach or Bengali Mustard Fish for our non-Bengali friends or non-Indian friends. The taste is traditionally Bengali, the cooking technique mostly not. And most of the times, the fish too, is not.
Luchis are versatile. They can be served during Breakfast as well as for Main Meals. Depending upon whether one is having Luchi as a Snack or a Main meal, the accompaniment differs.
