Tuna patties or empanadillas de atĂșn as we say here in Spain. Great for parties, picnics, kids celebrations... If you don't like tuna you can always change the stuffing.
A Filipino inspired Spanish dessert: Mango Natilla - rum soaked sponge fingers, a rich blanket of a mango infused custard and finally topped with a burnt sugar topping.
This was a blue legged chicken... I discarded the legs and the head but the rest was combined with shrimps to make a delicious Mar i Muntanya - Sea and Mountain.
