Pan-fried salmon steak with a lemon and dill sauce and dill garnish. For the sauce you need 2 tbsp fresh dill chopped, 2 tbsp mayonnaise, 1/2 lemon (juiced) sprinkle of olive oil salt & pepper.
i've angel-ed my deviled eggs by using fat free yogurt instead of mayo, but these are EVEN BETTER - heavenly eggs stuffed with mostly mashed potatoes instead of yolk+mayo!
