Potato and Cheese Soup - Here I’ve combined the elements of a basic potato soup with the decadence of nutty Jarlsberg cheese, a delicious pale ale, and of course – bacon – because it makes everything better.
Raisin nut bread pudding with cinnamon, apples, brown sugar and Jarlsberg. The apples and spices in this bread pudding say ‘pass the bacon’; the nuts and cheese say ‘pass the bubbly’.
