Lobster cooked on a Tuscan grill. Killing the lobster in your kitchen isn't fun, but once the deed is done you are left with something wonderful to cook... in my case on a Tuscan grill in my fireplace.
Just a very simple salad that tasted great on a nice spring night. Chicken tossed in Caribbean Jerk Sauce, on top a bed of romaine lettuce tossed in buttermilk ranch, sprinkled with cheddar cheese and garlic croutons!
