This is my ‘getting ready to say goodbye to summer’ menu. Savory, yet bright Garlicky Cilantro Chicken and Sopa de frijoles y chiles (Chile Bean Soup).
Swiss Chard Dip is a fusion of baba ghanoush and hummus; creamy, garlicky, lemony, and rich with tahini. It's also a delicious way to use Swiss Chard stalks.
Warm marinated olives done two ways. One with lemon, rosemary and garlic and the other with orange zest, fennel and chilli. Knock the socks off your friends!
