Maki does Vegan Rice Burgers! I'm not vegan, but I thought these looked pretty easy to do and I'm thinking would be great with Teriyaki Chicken as a filling.
A rub with an Asian flare nicely contrasts with the richness of Alaskan Ivory Salmon - miso, ginger, ume plum vinegar, and citrus juice - a bright combinations of flavors. Need I say Omega 3's?
