A take on the Insect challenge. I used Moreton Bay bugs and married it with a taste of the outback.
Chocolate biscuits filled with chocolate and hazel nut chunks.
A roast rib eye steak with poached pears and whole shallots. A flora and intense red wind sauce made from Pinor to accompany it.
