Orchard fresh apples that will be made into a childhood favorite--Apple Crisp. But since I'm (just a little more) grown up, there's lots of cinnamon in it.
Akane apples have a lemony flavor and bright white skin, and keep their shape when baked. These will be paired with Gravensteins and baked into a cheddar-crusted apple pie.
