This is my first ever attempt at a home brew, a pale ale to be precise! The result was a magnificient heady brew that out flavoured any store bought beer.
Crème brulee is one of my favourite desserts, it is the smoothest richest custard and the crunchy caramel sugar topping adds that extra something that tips it over the edge to ultimate deliciousness.
A delicious side to any meal, or eat it on it's own. The creaminess of the spinach and aubergine makes a brilliant contrast to the crunchniness of the pepper and the wine and butter make it a symphony of taste.
