I would love to go to Portugal again. The diversity of the food is truly remarkable. When Evora the food consists of farm stock and grains. On the coast it is seafood and veggies. The butcher in Evora market will ask you if you want black pork or white pork. There is a difference but in North America we don’t know it. The barbequed / grilled sardines on the coast are the “street meat” option when walking along the beach. The bread………..what can I say…….fantastic. Portugal for sure!
