According to our Food Holidays calendar, today, January 21, is New England Clam Chowder Day!
So though it’s only a one day dedication, we sought out thirty-one New England Clam Chowder recipes from TasteSpotting, one for each of the thirty-one days of January. Most of the recipes are classic, warm and comforting with cream and potatoes, but there are a few version that are vegetarian, and even vegan.
