I want to make a gorgeous, light, sweet-tart, fluffy lemon meringue pie for my Dad! Yum!!! Hey, it’s his favorite and he’s turning “85″. . . Eating is one of the great joys in his life!
My mother-in-law is having some serious health issues so even though i’m not her favorite person in the world i would make something to make her heart happy because i truely love her. I think her favorite is lemon meringue pie.
I’m going to make whole grain bread that I don’t have the patience to mix and knead myself :)
Cookies!!! I work on an Indian Reservation and work with kids who come to my computer lab to rerprogram their brain. The program is awesome, but diffcult. To motivate the kids I provide incentives. My most popular incentive is the cookies I make. The children must achieve a certain score each day to earn an incentive. They are awesome. They deserve the best. So, my baking is cut out for me and I need a machine to keep up with the demand.
Banana Nut Bread. Because there are always too ripe to eat raw bananas on the counter. Because it smells so wonderful. Because I want some now.
