As of last night I’ve decided that I need to purge my fridge, my kitchen and my life of unhealthy habits and foods. I then proceeded to bike to the grocery store and purchase one backpack and five bags of fresh fruits and veggies along with lentils, quinoa, barley and beans so that I will be able to plan my menu for the week and make health conscious and earth supportive choices! SO today for breakfast I had a poached egg over a quinoa roasted mushroom salad topped with baked kale chips with a celery root puree! Haha seems elaborate for breakfast but NOT so much when everything is prepared ahead of time!!!
