As of last night I’ve decided that I need to purge my fridge, my kitchen and my life of unhealthy habits and foods. I then proceeded to bike to the grocery store and purchase one backpack and five bags of fresh fruits and veggies along with lentils, quinoa, barley and beans so that I will be able to plan my menu for the week and make health conscious and earth supportive choices! SO today for breakfast I had a poached egg over a quinoa roasted mushroom salad topped with baked kale chips with a celery root puree! Haha seems elaborate for breakfast but NOT so much when everything is prepared ahead of time!!!

Eating healthy and having proper diet is about feeling great, having more energy, and keeping yourself as healthy as possible. Healthy eating is about more than the food on your plate-it is also about how you think about food.
