Easy — good ol’ eggs benedict. Fancy/spicy hollandaise is a plus, but not required…
Love making breakfast sandwiches – sourdough, bacon, tomato, avocado, little bit of lettuce and over-easy egg (the yolk makes the perfect sauce to pull it all together) + side of homefries with onions
Overnight Raspberry French Toast … creamy, fruity, and spongy – unbelievable when topped with fresh honey or pure maple syrup. Mmm….
I don’t often make it *to* brunch. Being a college student means that lunch is usually the first real meal of the day, and it’s often a late lunch at that!
But I am a sucker for a good omelet of any kind, although my favorite toppings are mushrooms, peppers and cheese!
Bacon – can’t have brunch without bacon.
Can I say everything??? Whatever it is, it’s got to include bacon, potatoes and a side of scones–any flavor!
A mimosa. Hold the orange juice.
though this is a random drawing (and we have to check with another dept to see if you’re even allowed to win anyway ;D ), this is the
Best.

This probably isnt a traditional answer, but there is a place near us that does brunch on Sundays (if you come in PJ’s its half off) and they serve chicken wings as part of their brunch menu. I am not a huge fan of breakfast foods – so chicken wings for brunch makes me super happy!
I have to say, it’s hard to pick just one, but my ultimate favorite would have to be blueberry pancakes, with fresh picked blueberries from my mom’s bushes.
Crepes with banana preserves and nutella inside. Oh and crepes with seafood newburg is pretty damn awesome too!
Waffles with bacon, cream cheese, and strawberries was always a childhood favorite of mine!

I’m an Aussie and we’re all about one bowl meals- or ‘mash-ups’ as my American husband calls them. One of my favourite morning mash-ups consists of crepes, smoked salmon scrambled eggs, bacon and fresh berries. Any combination works, but if you roll all the ingredients up into the crepe and then drizzle a little maple syrup over it, you’ll never be the same again. Bloody brilliant, mate.

Stuffed French Toast
Make French toast as usual, dipping bread into beaten egg and frying in butter on medium low heat until golden on both sides. Remove to plate, smear with soft cheese, goat cheese, brie or camembert, or if you like cream cheese. In the same pan, quickly heat up some fruit, like strawberries and blueberries, or peaches, and put onto the cheesy French toast slice. Cap with the other piece of French toast, ice with syrup and sprinkle with a bit of icing sugar to make it pretty. Mmmmmmm. Stuffed French toast…. I made it up.
I just had brunch last weekend – my husband misordered and got me brioche french toast with maple syrup, sliced bananas and vanilla ice cream.

Quiches are one of my favorite American brunch dishes, but my all-time favorite is dim sum (esp. BBQ cha siu). It’s too bad most restaurants serve it only during early/late breakfast hours.

I love carbs! And breakfast is by far my favorite meal of the day, so when I treat myself and sleep in I like to pull myself out of bed, run to the kitchen and pull something out of the fridge from where I prepared it the night before, and then dive back into my nice warm bed while it bakes and smells up the house with cinnamon and nutmeg. Given all of these factors my favorite brunch treat is by far baked oatmeal. Chock full of fresh peaches, apples, and blueberries, I love to eat it with a splash of milk and some orange juice.
My Mom’s “Crazy-Good-Cinnamon-Bread”– basically monkey bread, but with ice cream as a key ingredient. Swoon.

I have so many “favorite” brunch dishes that it would be very difficult to pin me down to one or two. Certainly, however, any list of my favorite dishes would have to include a traditional eggs benedict. I enjoy making it for other people and when made properly, I enjoy eating it myself.
