I used to roll my eyes when I was younger and other kids would say that pizza was their favorite food. But you know what, I think pizza may now be my favorite food. I am not talking about Pizza Hut, or Jets (though I love those as well), but I have been making my own pizza at least once a week for a while now. There are so many different toppings that can be used, it can be healthy or not, and it always ends up amazing! It took me a while to get good at making homemade pizza, but now it is probably my favorite thing to eat!

I see I’m not alone with the brussel sprouts. I traveled to the mountains last month and almost every restaurant had some sort of brussel sprout dish on the menu. Of course I tried them often. Some were/not as good as my own recipe.
