Becka’s suggestion of sautéing apples in butter with a little cinnamon, ginger, and brown sugar really stood out to us last week. We put the “Apple Pie” version on our list to try for this weekend.
But it’s Sunday. We’re just going to keep it
lazy easy with some chopped apples, dried cranberries and a heady, heavy dose of cinnamon and head back upstairs to snuggle under the covers for a few more hours.
