There are two national food holidays today, but we gave peanuts enough attention earlier this week with National Peanut Butter day on January 24, so today, we’re going to ignore that it’s National Peanut Brittle Day and show our love for pistachios with 100 of our favorite pistachio picks from TasteSpotting.

We love all the recipes that incorporate pistachios, especially the ones that are a little more unconventional like pistachio pestos, but we have to admit that the way love pistachios the most is roasted, salted and straight out of the shell.
