Okay. First let's say I'm a beginning chef, so experiences in some of this are new to me. But, to start things off, I love pasta. My first love came with the canned variety-yes, I know- but I titally enjoyed. It wasn't until many years later, in college, that true cooking came into my life and my first taste of excellent pasta was homemade shrimp linguini. Which brings me to this page. Jamie's work of art, pictured to my left, is a delight, although I'd have a heckuva time making it myself. I hope, someday, with my noodle meanderings, to make my own shrimp linguini, as good as this.
