
Logically, these 2 probably should never be served together. But what the heck. I had something on my mind and I wasn't thinking very clearly when I decided to cook miso rice in bell peppers cups and mushroom creamy chicken.Highly unorthodox. But the dinner was good. No matter how much I nagged at TheMom telling her it was unhealthy, she turned on the selective hearing on me. I told her all this was probably temporary and as soon as I figured out a full menu of healthy eating it would be hello, basmati rice and steamed fish!
I think under her breath she threatened to kick me out.
I had originally set out to make a casserole, but time constraints and all aside what eventually turned out was a chicken dish that was mighty delicious (thanks in half to campbells) and a light rice dish. Ah, next time.
I've tried and have very spectacularly failed at being pesce-vegetarian. So rather than force it out of my system I'll probably just let it take its course and make my peace with it until the time comes.

Cook miso paste + rice in rice cooker
Fry up onions, garlic, beansprouts, crabmeat, oyster sauce, season as necessary (don't use salt cos the oyster sauce does the trick)
Mix rice + ingredients
OPTION:
1.) Boil bell peppers in salt + water. Spoon mixture into cups & serve
2.) rub cups with olive oil, drizzle some onto rice. add cheese, bake till brown.
